Delivery terms
The goods are delivered throughout Ukraine by transport companies within 1 to 14 days from the moment of placing the order, subject to the availability of products in stock. After processing the order, our managers will contact you to agree on the details, delivery dates and payment method. If the goods are temporarily unavailable or in production, the delivery dates are discussed individually.
Delivery process and dates
We cooperate with transport companies such as Nova Poshta and others. Delivery dates depend on the region and range from 1 to 14 days. In rare cases, the dates may increase - for more information, please contact the carrier's hotline (contacts are available on their official websites).
To receive the parcel at the branch of the transport company, you must present an identity document (passport, driver's license or "Diya" application), as well as the transport declaration number (TTN), which will be sent to you after shipment.
Courier delivery to the specified address is also available.
Important!
We recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and the contents to match the order immediately upon receipt at the branch or during courier delivery. Claims for completeness or damage are not accepted after the goods have been picked up and paid for. If the parcel is damaged, we recommend that you refuse to receive it, file a claim with the carrier and contact us to resolve the issue and resend it (contacts are listed on our website).
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated individually and depends on the size, weight, volume of the cargo, as well as the selected payment method. The minimum cost of delivery via Nova Poshta starts from 85 UAH (for small parcels or envelopes). Medium-sized cargo costs from 150 UAH, and large-sized cargo costs from 1,500 to 5,000 UAH and more. For especially large cargo, the cost can be 10-15 thousand UAH.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order in several ways:
Cashless payment. Some orders require full or partial prepayment (check the details with the manager when placing the order).
